Total urethral fissure reconstruction is used for surgical treatment of total urethral fissure. Simple urethral fissure is rare. Total urethral fissure or partial defect is often accompanied by a defect at the inner urethra. Therefore, when repairing and reconstructing the urethra, attention must be paid to restoring the sphincter function of the inner urethra to achieve self-controlled urination.
